How It Works
This tailored programme typically runs over six months, with eight one-on-one coaching sessions and additional tools and support in between. Each journey kicks of with a tripartite meeting with the client and their boss or sponsor to define goals and what success looks like.
Sessions are delivered online or in person, the format is designed to fit each individual and their schedule. Every step of the way, I’ll provide the tools, support and encouragement you need to succeed.
